Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $30. For orders under $30, we offer a flat rate of $5 USD. Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Texas and will arrived within 4-7 business days with tracked and insured parcel post.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We offer a 100% happiness guarantee and will refund your purchase within 30-days if you’re not satisfied (although we know you will be).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
We are unable to accept returns on items on sale, unless your item is damaged. If you need to return an item on sale, please email hello@istanabeauty.com with images of your damaged item and we will organise a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
To return your product, please contact hello@istanabeauty.com who will provide you with a return address and instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless your product is damaged. We can only accept products that are unused and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
