    PREP

    Clean your nails and push back any untidy cuticles.

    Select

    Hold the strips up to your hand to find the best size for each nail.

    Apply

    Place and pply even pressure across the strip from the cuticle to the tip of your nail.

    Trim

    Using a nail clipper or pair of scissors, trim away the excess nail strip.

    Cure

    Cure under the UV lamp for 60 seconds.

    File and done!

    File in a downward motion to tidy the edges. and you're done!
